Marshall Dahneke is an Operating Partner with Gridiron Capital LLC, a private equity investment firm that partners with founders, entrepreneurs and management teams, based in New Canaan, Connecticut. He serves as a Director on Boards with Multi Radiance Medical (Solon, Ohio), Travel Nurse Across America (Little Rock, Arkansas), Foundation Wellness (Wadsworth, Ohio), Jacent Strategic Merchandising (Huntington Valley, Pennsylvania), and Cubii (Chicago, Illinois). Previously, Marshall served as President, Chief Executive Officer as well as Chief Commercial Officer of Performance Health (Akron, OH) as well as a member of their Board of Directors from June 2008 until April 2018. Prior to joining Performance Health, Mr. Dahneke was Vice President and General Manager of the Infection Prevention Technology business at STERIS Corporation as well as the Vice President, New Venture Development at Hillenbrand industries. His career also includes over a decade at Hill-Rom where he held multiple roles comprised of strategic planning, new product development and global sales and marketing. He started his career as a Consultant with Bain & Company, Inc. in their Boston, Massachusetts, and then Dallas, Texas, offices. Mr. Dahneke was raised in upstate New York before receiving his Bachelor of Arts and then Master of Business Administration degrees from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
