Burr Ridge, Ill. (June 10, 2016) – The National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) announced today the launch of the NCBTMB Resource Center, a comprehensive online store offering customized marketing collateral, promotional materials, supplies and more for the entire massage therapy and bodywork profession.
NCBTMB Resource Center includes massage and bodywork-related photos, wall art, brochures, press release templates, letterhead, business cards, massage tables, tools and supplies, clothing, certificate frames and more. Customizable options, including logo creation, are also available on multiple products to include a personalized company logo, name, and/or address.
“We created the Resource Center to provide all massage therapists—whether they are members of the NCBTMB community or not—with access to high-quality, professional resources at an affordable cost,” explained Vanessa Spasovski, marketing and public relations manager. “Regardless of your length of time in the profession, specialty, organizational affiliation or location, the NCBTMB Resource Center is the one place you can count on to advance your business and, ultimately, your career.”
The NCBTMB Resource Center is available to the general public and all members of the massage therapy and bodywork profession. All users must create a free Resource Center account to complete a purchase.
Upon account creation, current NCBTMB Board Certificants and Approved Providers are encouraged to provide a valid Board Certificant ID or Approved Provider Number to receive up to a 20 percent discount on most Resource Center items. Credentials must be verified and approved by NCBTMB prior to receiving the discount.
“The Resource Center empowers us to continue living out our mission of defining and advancing standards by providing a single platform for every therapist, spa owner, instructor, and continuing education provider with access to tools and customized resources that further increase credibility and, ultimately, strengthen the profession,” commented Steve Kirin, chief executive officer. “We are always listening, and encourage the profession to contact us with requests for additional items or services they wish to see in the Resource Center so that we may continue to rightfully serve the profession.”
At present, partnering vendors on the NCBTMB Resource Center include 21 Drops, Custom Craftworks, EM EN Design, and MassageNerd.
