CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – March 30, 2010 – Louise Casper, owner of the Elements Therapeutic Massage studio at 6290 W. Sample Road in Coral Springs, Florida, has been nominated for the Rookie Small Business Leader of the Year Award by the Coral Springs Chamber of Commerce.
“It’s an honor to be nominated, especially at a time in our economy when small businesses are more important than ever to helping our communities succeed and thrive,” said Casper.
Casper and her husband, Dennis, opened their Elements Therapeutic Massage studio in 2008.
She serves as the area director to grow the franchise to other locations across Florida and is also an active member of the Elements Therapeutic Massage Leadership Council for the national franchise. The leadership council consists of franchisees and area directors who represent their respective regions and meet quarterly to review plans for the network, to discuss matters of common interest and to facilitate communications between the franchisees and the franchisor.
Since Elements Therapeutic Massage began franchising in 2006, the network has grown to 78 studios in 22 states. Business continues to expand as people seek massage therapy to address stress and tension in increasing numbers.
“It’s wonderful to own a business in the health and wellness industry that helps so many clients every day,” Casper said.
