Burr Ridge, Ill. (March 29, 2021)—The National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) announced today it has hired Monica Love as its new Chief Operating Officer.
Love is a proven leader in the non-profit sector with almost 20 years of experience implementing large scale organizational programs including learning management systems and advanced certification programs.
Previously, the senior manager of professional development at the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), she oversaw every aspect of the development of education programs including needs assessment, budget management, speaker vetting and selection, volunteer committee oversight, adherence to state and national continuing education requirements and program evaluation for continual improvement of future programs. In addition, she has experience assessing the overall operational needs of organizations in order to develop and address areas of strength and areas for development.
