In addition to honoring Lynch at the ONE Concept Awards Gala, Performance Health provided her with $1,000 contribution to The Beauty Changes Lives Foundation.

Beauty Changes Lives is a nonprofit initiative designed to raise awareness of how careers in the hair, beauty and wellness industry transform lives both personally and professionally. Established by the American Association of Cosmetology Schools (AACS), Beauty Changes Lives is supported by a coalition of beauty professionals including educators, product manufacturers, celebrities and industry icons.
